ChipperPaw is a brand of Capital Shell Limited Liability Company ("we", "us" or "our"), 9 S Elmhurst Road, PO Box #39, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. This policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you join our list, we collect:
- your email address
- your first name
- your dog's name, if you give it
- your dog's size and age range, if you give them
- your main concern, if you pick one
- the page you signed up on
When you send us a message, we collect your name, your email address and your message.
Analytics. If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
Spam protection. When you send a form, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We don't store it with your sign-up or message.
How we use it
- to email you about our launch and your 20% launch offer
- to reply to messages you send us
- to learn which products dog owners want, and in which sizes
- to keep the site working and secure
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who helps us run the site
We use service providers for hosting, our database (Neon), email (Amazon Web Services) and, if turned on, analytics (Google Analytics). They handle your information only to provide their services to us.
Unsubscribing
You can stop hearing from us at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@chipperpaw.com, and we'll take you off the list.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll respond as soon as we can.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the reasons above.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
